Burequ of Energy efficncy BBE
The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) is an agency established under the Ministry of Power to develop programs for increasing the conservation and efficient use of energy in India. BEE coordinates with designated consumers and other organizations to create awareness on energy efficiency and conservation and develop the required norms. For additional information, please accesshttp://www.beeindia.in/. The USAID PACE-D TA Program is partnering with BEE to launch NZEB knowledge portal.
USAID PACE-DTA Program
The Partnership to Advance Clean Energy – Deployment (PACE-D) Technical Assistance (TA) Program is a five-year bilateral program with an objective to accelerate India’s transition to a high performing, low emissions, and energy secure economy. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) launched the program in July 2012 in partnership with the Ministry of Power and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy to support clean energy deployment and scale-up.
NZEB Knowledge Portal
The NZEB knowledge dissemination portal aims to serve as an information and advocacy forum for Net Zero Energy Buildings. It provides information on NZEB concepts, techniques, resources, best practices, and case studies. It also keep abreast of NZEB policies and initiatives in India and globally. The portal engages with all stakeholders related to NZEBs, including architects, engineers, policy makers, academicians, developers, as well as owners and end-users.

The NZEB Alliance is a network of innovators and early adopters of NZEB concept in India. The Alliance aims to accelerate the building sector towards NZEB goals by promoting and implementing the concept at a large scale. The Alliance will evolve into an open forum for exchange of thoughts, ideas, and success stories. It will also provide the opportunity to engage all stakeholders and enable sharing of NZEB technologies, tools, costs and performance data.
