UNNATI is an inspiring example of how climate responsive architecture is integral to achieving energy efficiency for a commercial office building in a composite climate (Delhi). It is the 1st Platinum certified building in India under LEEDv4 BD+C: NC rating system. The approach and strategies employed in this project can be replicated in other projects as well.
