DESCRIPTION:The iconic CII – Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre needs no introduction. Certified as the first LEED Platinum New Construction under v2 outside the United States\, the building catalyzed several other green building projects across India. Recently\, the building underwent an ambitious retrofit targeting the net-zero energy goal. It now features a 150 kWp bifacial solar PV plant\, an upgraded BMS and a highly-efficient chiller.
